The holiday cottage has been a lovely base from which to explore the area. In Boston we loved the climb up the Stump and our visit to Maud Foster Windmill. We've also enjoyed visits to Kings Lynn to Tatershall Castle, to Easton walled garden, to the Chocolate House at Folkingham, to Spalding and it's Festival Gardens, to Bourne Village. A lovely half day boat trip on the 'Boston Belle' to see seals. We particularly enjoyed meals at The Mill pub nearby and at Prezzo's on Wide Bargate.
Excellent accommodation. Fine spot especially the Reed Buntings, Barn owl and Bats.
We have looked forward to this holiday so much and it has more than lived up to all our expectations. We have chilled out from the moment we arrived, which is what we all needed.
Thank you. A calm, peaceful oasis from which we explored your delightful County. Recommend the 'Battle of Britain Memorial Flight' museum at RAF Coningsby and Lincoln Cathedral was amazing.
We have had a lovely week here and have fallen in love with the holiday cottage which is spotlessly clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable indeed. The countryside here is lovely and we have had endless walks and spotted lots of birds and wildlife. We will come here again. Thank you so much.
Thank you, Thank you, the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Modern, clean and very comfortable. Ideally located for walking, very quiet for relaxing, chilling out and reading. The enclosed garden is just perfect for my two little dogs. The facilities within the property were beautifully clean, bed very comfortable and the shower above the bath has the best pressure I have ever come across which all contributes towards making a holiday perfect. Would highly recommend to other friends and family.

A wonderful restful week in a lovely barn conversion. A great setting and well placed to visit a number of local Lincolnshire towns and villages.
Our second visit and just as good as the last! The peace and quiet has helped us relax away from our usual bust lives.
Ideal location, so peaceful. First time in the area but will be black. It's so flat!! Weather marvelous, not one drop of rain throughout our visit. As an architect, I must congratulate you on a perfect conversion. Just what was needed.

Our second visit was as good as the first in August 2008. Yet again we enjoyed the garden as it was perfect for the dogs to wander around. A lovely warm and cosy cottage with everything to offer.
We've had a lovely 4 days in this beautiful holiday cottage with our old labrador Rex. We really enjoyed Freiston Shore and Anton's Gowt lock.
Our dogs loved the walks along the river bank. We enjoyed Wednesday Market in Boston plus a climb up the 'Stump'. 'Dicky Bird' a pied wagtail kept us amused by his running about the garden several times a day.
Good week, good weather, good accommodation, enjoyable fishing.
We have enjoyed ourselves immensley and have been impressed by the kindness and friendliness we have found here.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Lincolnshire. The beaches are so clean and tidy. At Mablethorpe dogs are allowed on the beach. We've enjoyed going to see the Battle of Britain Memorial flight and also a revisit to the Petwood Hotel, home of the Dambusters Squadron. The cottage is wonderful with all that you could need.
Everything was as perfect as ever. It was lovely to watch the barn owl on the post over by the water.

Complete peace with wonderful surroundings and such pleasant walks along the drain. Gibraltar point - Fantastic and the newly opened RSPB bird sanctuary at Frampton Marsh an absolute must. For those with connection to WW2 RAF Bomber Command, East Kirkby and Coningsby offer so much. I think the cottage deserves 10 stars!
Such a private and peaceful location. We will definitely come back and recommend Earlscroft Farm to family and friends. Nice shopping and restaurants in Boston. Great walks at Gibraltar Point and Skegness sea front.

Superb selfcatering accommodation and in just the right location for walking the Lincolnshire coats from Sutton Bridge to Skegness - which is what we did as part of a UK coast walk!

The holiday cottage has everything anyone needs and the garden is perfect for the dogs. This cottage is by far the best we have stayed in and will certainly try to get back again.

Had a very enjoyable & relaxing break. We came to visit Carrington Steam Rally and as usual the weather was wet and cold. The cottage has been a wonderful, warm and comfy place to come back to. Couldn't have wished for anything better. Kate and Mark really made us welcome. We would love to come back.
It was nice to be able to walk out of the front door with our dogs for quiet and scenic walks. The holiday cottage is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Both Mark and Kate were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much bother! Mark, thank you for arranging my afternoons fishing trip which I really enjoyed!

The accommodation is beautiful, really modern with everything you could need! We have discovered the beautiful City of Lincoln and totally spent out. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely come again.

A wonderful relaxing week in the lovely Lincolnshire countryside. Even the weather has been kind to us with several days of clear blue skies and warm sunshine. The barn conversion is stylish, tasteful and very comfortable. Bess enjoyed her frequent walks in the field.
The three of us have enjoyed our cottage in the country and we wish we could take it with us! However, it is time to go home and stop pretending that we live in this amazing little home in the middle of this amazing countryside we have been waking up to each morning.

Wow! What more can we say? The barn is absolutely stunning, well worth its 5 stars. Beautifully designed and furnished, it certainly made us feel very pivelidged to stay here. It was a great retreat to come back to after trips into Boston, Skegness, walks and fishing. It was an amazing week, really relaxing and peaceful the perfect way to spend a week away from home and work.

We've had a really enjoyable, retful stay. Comfort 10/10. Courtyard is a beautiful area to sit and enjoy the sun in. The dogs also enjoyed their walks every morning & evening up the field. We are in no doubt, health being good, we will be back.
What can we say for a week a way from it all! It has come to an end all too suddenly. The accommodation so beautiful, which has aided our relaxation no end. We had a wonderful relaxing week, being able to explore Lincolnshire at our leisure. Max, our Cavalier King Charles puppy has also enjoyed himself, the freedom and good weather has been excellent. We will definitely recommend to others! For anyone wanting to sample good food, we recommend the "Coach House" and also the White Hart Hotel in Boston.
This weekends destination was a birthday surprise for me and what a treat it was to arrive at such an idyllic location. We have had a marvelous time - the perfect place to celebrate! Thank you for such a warm welcome.

Loved it. Luxury amid quiet and calm. We have criss-crossed the lovely fens on our cycles always knowing we are going back to 5 star comfort.
What a fantastic weekend (despite the poor weather!). The cottage was beautiful and the attention to detail was superb. Mark & Kate are so welcoming, we were not disturbed all weekend, yet if we needed them I'm sure help would be at hand!
Our week here is now at an end and we are sorry to leave. The cottage is lovely, every comfort provided. Many thanks for your thoughful gestures and the lovely flowers given to me by Mark. We have enjoyed our stay at Boston very much and hope to come again in 2008.
