We are Tastes of Lincolnshire members and provide locally sourced bacon and eggs in our welcome pack. If our chickens are in the mood we can also provide locally sourced eggs.
Lincolnshire produces a wonderful range of fresh produce. Asparagus in season. All kinds of fresh and cooked meats – even from rare breeds, goats, dairy and sheeps milk and yoghurts, home baked breads and cakes, fruit jams and preserves, hand made chocolates and luxury ice creams with exotic flavours like liquorice and apple crumble…
Then there is Lincolnshire cheese, beers and fruit cordials, game pasties, organic vegetables and salads, and free range eggs. Celeriac, chicory, pak choi, fennel, organic globe artichokes, Jerusalem artichokes, and radicchio. Its all here! Herbs, Lincolnshire pies, stuffed chine, sausages, fresh fish to undyed smoked haddock and eels, venison and rabbit - even Ostrich at Oslinc, the Home of Lincolnshire Ostrich!
